Hi guys!
I've recently found 5x Camponotus Cruentatus queens with eggs and 5+ pupae each!
I've brood boosted them (bit naughty of me but I need to give these a good head start as I've hardly ever had any look with these...) with a pupae or two each so they should have a good worker count straight away!
I'm keeping one of the queens and giving the others away to people I know

How do you take such good pictures of ants? I can't figure it out... any tips?

Thanks palWillWithAnts wrote:How do you take such good pictures of ants? I can't figure it out... any tips?
My only tips are really:
Find somewhere to rest your arm or hand to stop the camera shaking.
Always use good lighting, make sure there's no reflection on the lens though.
Zoom in As much as possible.
Use food or some sort of sugary liquid to tempt the ants near and keep them still lol
