Just caught to Formica Subsericea was wondering whats the best way to keep them

For now there’s really nothing you can do except keep her somewhere safe and dark. Once her first nanatic ecloses give them a drop of sugar water. Once there’s approximately 5 nanatics give a soft bodied Drosiphilla fly or small spider.
