Are you saying that you have two queens in the same tube? This is not advised. With most species your queens will fight and kill each other. Even if they are not fighting right now, at least one of them will come to a sad end, possibly even both.
Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Yeah this part can be normal. But if they are not known for having more then one queen per colony. The queen's will fight after the first workers have arrived and if they don't the workers will decide on who is the dominant queen. In this case it is highly possible the injured queen will be killed.
Research is important before during and even after you have established a colony. There is always time to learn and to listen to others experiences. Live by this and your ants will thrive. Fail to do so and your experience may be brief.

Pheidole is highly polygynous, so I doubt you should have any problems.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.
