If you have a test tube portal it might work to give her a little bit of honey and see if she will eat it!
If she does continue this and give her some honey every 2-3 weeks!
This will greatly diminue the chance of her eating her eggs!

On the contrary the queen will not exit her tube to forage, and honey or other foods should not be placed in the tube as this will result in stress. The queens do not eat their eggs as a result of hunger, only stress. your best bet is to force yourself to leave her alone for two weeks without even peeking. She simply doesn't need food and to give her food would stress her out. For the fastest developing species of ants in takes a month of egg to worker time, and that is the fastest. so be patient.
Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

I thought she would eat them so that she can get energy to run away when the moment was best.

Honey is anti fungal and bacterial if it's real it won't mold ( have a half full jar of pure honey sitting in my green room for well over a year with high humidity and not a single culture development. If it's just a TIIIIIIIINY drop don't worry about it too much if your queen is like mine she'll switch sides with her eggs eventually for humidity control. At that point a moist (MOIST NOT WET) QTIP should get rid of any potential threat of drowning works even if it smears a little(dab do not wipe) it shouldn't be enough for harms sake.
Ants are life's most successful invaders. Understand and respect that power.
