How can I make Camponotus/Formica hybrid colony?
I saw camponotus queen with formica workers in case. How to make this? I couldn't attach that photo in this post. What should I have to do to upload this photo?

You can't mix species or colonies in most cases.

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Unless you've got a slavemaking antcolony. They take a couple from every type of colony if they could. ;D
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

Any inter-genus mixing of colonies is a fluke. Raiding ants specialize in predating on the brood of other species and some of these brood will mature in the colony, but only those of the same genus will survive or contribute. Those "Camponotus" workers lucky enough to actually eclose will eventually be killed.
The same goes for Formica workers that eclose in a Camponotus nest, if those are even what you were looking at.
