HELP!! Newbie here (Carebara sp)

So I have 2 carebara queens, and almost no experience in ant keeping.
I googled a bit about the sp and bottom line its not for noobs like me, but I really wanna keep them, and see them grow a colony (if they lay eggs that is). So any kind of help or advice about carebara is much appreciated.

They're so adorable!!

They are very hard to raise in captivity, and I mean very. Even AntsCanada couldn't get them to found a colony, so I would recommend putting them in the dark and not checking them for a very long time.
