Hibernating Nylanderia spp

So earlier this year I caught a Nylanderia spp queen, and she has thus far done well in founding a colony. If I understand correctly, they originally come from a more tropical area, but are an invasive species here in the Northeastern US. So, seeing as how hibernation season is more or less upon us, I want to make sure that it's safe to hibernate this specific species before I go ahead and do it. If it is, is there anything in particular I need to be mindful of, or can I keep them in hibernation the same way I would other species that are local to this region?

If they are able to survive in the wild in your area, then they will be able to and should go through hibernation. Just place her with your other species.
