15W Heat Cable Touching other Cords

Is it okay for a 15W heat cable to be in contact with other cords such as HDMI and power cords? I'm trying to heat my queens to simulate the Bay Area's Indian summer but the only spot I can do that is near the TV and I just want to make sure I'm not doing something dumb by letting a heat cable come into contact with a bunch of other cords. BTW an Indian Summer is when it stays hot/warm in the Fall.

I would recommend that you wrap the cord with foil in the areas where the heat isn't needed to be safe.

If its the same 15w cable I'm using (Zoo Med), the first 6 ft of the cable from the Plug should not be heated so you have some slack before the cable gets hot. The one I have is 11.5 ft total, so the first 6 of mine is laying across other cables and it should have a small mark on the cable as to where it begins to get hot. I used a Sharpe Marker to darken the mark so I know where its at.
