So I live in the Philippines and its been raining for the past few days here and I happened to catch 4 Carebara Diversa Queens while I was going around our terrace. I put them in a rubbermade bin half filled with soil. I put a test tube with water to serve as hydration.
Are there anything else I should be preparing or doing for these queens? Or what should I do for the next few days? I know that these specie is very difficult to take care of and I so want for them to start laying eggs soon. Any suggestions will be helpful and I'll be very grateful Thanks in advance!

At the beginning all you can do is provide a safe place, normally inside of the testtube, a dark and undisturbed spot, the testtube inside of a drawer or inside a box that isn't disturbed much. If they are semi claustal you should also provide them with some food every week.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
