My prenolepis imparis queen is barely moving, the will move one of her legs the odd time and is on her side. she will try to walk but fails to. she has water, heat, and privacy. I gave her some food What do i do?

Why does Prenolepis imparis have heat?

Although it may not necessarily be the heat that is harming her, this species does not like the warmth (which is why they retreat deep underground during the summer).

When I said heat I meant she isn't in the cold. She is in a 70-75 degree setup

They prefer 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit.

That would nearly put the queen into diapause. 70-75 °F is fine.

I caught her 2 weeks ago from today. She still hasnt layed eggs. I know she isnt a drone. She shedded 1 of her wings. The other is still on.

She may be infertile, however you won't know for sure until she lays eggs.
Another thing is she could be stressed out and is eating her eggs.

This queen does sound like it is dying. Both of my Camponotus queens went through a similar process. You might look around the queen and see how she's doing.

Fertility and mated status likely have nothing to do with this.
