Odd Queen behavior...

Hello, I have recently made a capture of an ant that I have yet to be identified, but as I'm observing her in the temporary habitat (an old snap top container) she seems to be acting a bit strange.
She has a messed up front leg that is almost entirely useless to her but she also has a strange shake and twitches in her legs. Almost akin to someone having Parkinson's. Little bit worried about if she has some kind of problem or if she might just be stressed out. I'd include video or pictures, however my phone is having some real trouble getting focus on her. The pictures below should be one of her and another of her setup. I just hope my starter kit arrives soon so I can get her properly set up!
Now about the container. It is an average sized Tupperware container with a tissue paper bottom. Just to prevent slipping. There is a cotton ball in the corner to provide some water while we wait, and there is some grass just for some appeal I suppose. I do have a spare pill bottle on hand if you guys think that would be a better container, and thanks in advance!
