so i have two solenopsis queens that are farther along than the rest.
one has pupa about the size of her thorax, the other has pupa about the size of her gaster.
the one with the smaller pupa/eggs, has a worker that enclosed today. the other has not had any enclose. does anyone know why this may be? thank you in advance.

It could be numerous things. Environmental or just the queen just being different from the other queen in terms of care and speed to at which she is founding. You could try heat to see if that speeds things up. But my thoughts are just let her go at her own pace if there is no actual issues.
