1 year old queen

I have just found a queen I caught last year survived where other had not, but she has 0 brood and 0 workers that survived. how can I help her recover from the disaster. she is a lasius, i believe niger. in the UK. she has a new fresh test tube, fed some sunburst ant nectar and tried feed a small dead fly.

Hey,Im not a professional at ant facts or anything but it looks like she may have been unfertile or too nervous where she ate her brood and larvae
and this didnt give enough info
did she previously have brood???
did she have wings???
did she move alot or be still???
