Is it possible to put fluon?

Hey I just got an A.C test tube portal and put my pogonomyrmex colony in it. I was wondering if you think I could put fluon around the sides on the test tube portal? This is because its getting hard to clean their nest without them escaping.

You might be able to, but it would be hard. How large is the colony?
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

Very nice! I can see why its hard; they may need a larger outwolrd soon, which would make it easier to use fluon.

Maybe attach an empty testtube to give them something further away from their main nest. Ants tent to drop their garbage as far away as possible.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
