Workers don't hatch

I have a prenolepis nitens queen and there are almost 40 eggs but anything didn't change in last 50 days and they are still egg.
ı look them every 3/4 days.
The tempurature is 24c

Wait longer, some species or Queens take longer to hatch their eggs. Wait 1-2 weeks, and please update then on the same topic.

Thanks. And i think she is stressed because sometimes ı forget and control it 2 times.
