I have found 2 s. fugax queen last year and 1 layed eggs and they hatched their now up to a size of about 20-30 workers.
Now i wanted to introduce the 2. one because s. fugax is poly. and put them together in a setup. The 2 queens are in different testtubes and today i found like 2-3 dead workers in the testtube of the 2. queem and I don't know what to do now. Should i keep them togeter or should i seperate them?

If the killing stops it is probably fine. Sometimes it just takes a little bit for the new queen to get used to the workers.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
