While I was at school today one of the tubes connecting the parts of my setup got disconnected and both of the workers left and I haven’t seen them try to re-enter. Is there anything I should do or will she just naturally have more workers.

I think you may have to feed her once a week with very small amount of food depending on the species
If she's a queen from a species who gets 7-8 nanitics, you won't have to feed her but if she's like camponotus with 2-3 workers, you should feed her
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

Try feeding her a small drop of honey for now. Could you send pictures using google photos or imgur so that we could know what species she is?
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
