Lasius Sp. queen hibernating with out worker?

I recently caugtha lasius queen in late October, there was a heatwave which probably delayed nubtial flights, is this normal or is climate change gonna kill us all, even the ants?

I have heard lasius queens will hibernate first and then lay eggs in spring. So i think they will be fine. Just feed her once she wakes up

camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony
