Is this larvae died?

Is this larvae died?
I have a bull ants colony with one queen, one worker and few larvae. I found one of the larvae is different from others. Other looks pretty transparent and active, but this one is turn yellow and don’t move. I assume it has already died? If so what can cause this result? Thx.

Re: Is this larvae died?
Looks like a normal transition to me. If after a month still nothing has happened, it might be dead but the question is if it's not moving at all or stiff. Might just be a lazy nanitic larvae.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
