I caught a trap-jaw ant, she still has her wings on and when i caught her she was standing still. She's probably unfertilized but still a chance she's fertile. I heard she needs substrate.
Favorite ant:
Polyrhachis/Echinopla

Founding:
-Dark Camponotus nicobarensis
-Polyrhachis illaudata
-Polyrhachis beccarii
-Polyrhachis rastellata 2x

Beginners must not keep Polyrhachis!

I've attempted to raise trap-jaw ants before, although admittedly I've never really made it to the first workers (at least not by myself). I'm still new to antkeeping, but I know that she will surely need soil. I'm not really sure where to get it, but please don't use soil outside. It may have pesticide and will kill her. Also, cover the test tube with a tube of red film. Lastly, give the queen an outworld. She will probably prefer soft-bodied insects such as crickets, but I've also heard cooked meat works too. Hope this is works :D
Current colonies:

-Tetramorium immigrans (pavement ants)
-Formica subaenescens

If you are in a fairly urban place, soil where you found her is okay. She needs food every 2-3 days and heat would be beneficial
