I am new to ant keeping and caught my first ant queens just the other during their nuptial flights. I would just like to know if all of them will make it, and also if they will hibernate before laying eggs/if the eggs will hatch during hibernation. Thanks!

The ones that don't have wings are probably fertile, the eggs will hatch before hibernation.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
