So they have finally decided to move out of the founding tube into a fresh one. Since I over did it in brood boosting the entire brood can't fit into one tube so there is still a good amount in the other tube.
However the queens have seperated. There is now one in each tube. Both queens are being cared for equally however my fear now is that a civil war could happen within the set up. Since it appears to be extremely uncommon for Tetramorium Immigrans to accept multiple queens for as long as they have there isn't really anything to base guesses of what might happen. Hopefully the pheremones from each queen are so intermingled at this point that it will not affect anything however I suspect one of their days is numbered.
I have uncovered the founding tube in hopes they will decide to move.

If both the queens are trying to get away from each other, i suggest keep them seperate or else theres a high chance one of them will be killed
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

I'm sorry that your mom wouldn't let you keep more ants, but I can't catch any either.Antloverhuman wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 4:23 amIf both the queens are trying to get away from each other, i suggest keep them seperate or else theres a high chance one of them will be killed
