I caught a Lasius Claveger Ant Queen a few days ago and put it in a test tube settup I checked 2 days later to find out she was not laying any eggs at first I though she wasn't fertalized but after more research I found out it was a Parasatic Ant Queen! I have no idea on how to take care of a parasitic ant queen so if you guys know how to take care os a parasitic ant queen let me know.

Raising a parasitic colony can be very difficult. If I where you I would just release the queen, but if you are up for the chalenge you can try. Here is an old AntsCanada video and how he did it. Instead of waiting for hibernation like in the video, you could put them in the fridge for a bit. Just make sure it is not too cold. The worst part is that there is a possibility she is not lasius claveger and she could die from the experiment. Good luck if you are up for the chalenge!

My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
