Can parasitic queens lay eggs.

I have a queen of which I am not sure the species, but several people and I have suspected that she might be parasitic. She has laid eggs I am not sure if parasitic queens do this please help.
Camponotus novaeboracensis 14 workers.
Queen with brood.
Queen with no brood.

Parasitic queens will NOT lay eggs without host workers. Maybe she is semi-claustral. Do you have a genus down yet?
