Is it okey to put black male ant in the same tube as my queen ant (before workers) If so is it benificial?

If she has eggs, no. What species? Some species will mate in captivity…
If she has shed her wings, it will stress the queen as someone is invading her founding chamber.

Just don't do it as it will stress her up making her eat her eggs or just die

I also captured another ant queen. Much more smaller and she laid her first egg will post a pic soon. The queen is black with a brown thorax.
