I'm just curious what do you guys do to clean your test tubes. What do you use, what tool ect.
I always get mold at the line point when it comes time to change them, and i can never get it fully out.
Should I just go full soap and water? Maybe Javex for a tiny bit then rinse and let it decontaminate for a while.

If it’s bad, soak in alcohol. I clean mine with dish soap and a test tube cleaner.

I just use regular bath soap and scrub it using toothbrush. If the mold is still stuck, i put some cotton at the end of a tweezer and rub it off
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

I do this too. Have only needed alcohol once, and it is pricier than water

How long do you let it rest for ""decontamination""?
I'm assuming a week or two should be enough for the soap, Javex, Alcohol to be neutralize?

48 hours is plenty, but a week is unnecessary.
