emergency pink things attacking my queens

I don't have tweezers ant the pink thing is gooey I tried to squish it before with my last queen all it did was spread it all over the place plus I've been disturbing her a lot since that pink thing showed up.

Well in that case I would recommend that you get yourself some tweezers and prepare a fresh testtube.

Got them myself and I only use about 2-3 of them for my ants. They are really handy since you can easily reach inside of testtubes.
Also I would recommend moving the queen then into a new testtube since that pink thing seems to be some kind of fungus unless it#s moving around a lot.

yes, but seeing that they are on the test tubes repeatedly, it may be due to cleaning problems and the test tubes may not be sterile

If both queen had them, invicta releases large numbers of reproductive, into the thousands, and it wouldn’t be uncommon for two queens found CLOSE to each other to be related. I would guess it is from the ants.

I have to say, you know how to name a topic to get peoples attention. And yes, it may even be something in tap water… they do apparently put chemcials in it that are harmless for humans, but can harm ants. I heard this from another ant keeper…. That would be fascinating if it was something in the water, but I have no problems with tap water, but I AM on the other side of the country. It may be a bug in the tap water due to the weather in Chicago right now.

what you could try is, get new cotton and prepare the next testtube with bottled water. If that pink stuff still returns, then it's not linked to the cotton or water used.

I removed the pink thing. The queen is making a tunnel in the cotton ball and the larvae became the cotton ball (They were literally apart of it.) should I be worried?

Fire ants tunnel through Cotten. It doesn’t usually become a big problem with small colonies.
