What about the larvae hey became the cotton ball.
They became Cotten ball? They are on it? Or are they covered in Cotten fibers?

No I meant I push them into the cotton ball when I was getting rid of the pink thing (I sucked up all the excess water) Is this bad the queen is still tending to them. (Most of the time)

If they are still accessible by the queen. Are they deep down close to water?

No just on the surface on the cotton at the bottom of the tunnel. And can ants see red?

For some species
You can also get your ants use to light, but it is very hard and difficult
