The brood isn´t developing

My queen has a big pile of brood and 2 workers (One died this morning ), But i was watching the brood and is not developing, the brood continues to be a white, small eggs, what is happening?, they are Solenopsis Invicta.

My queen has a big pile of brood and 2 workers (One died this morning ), But i was watching the brood and is not developing, the brood continues to be a white, small eggs, what is happening?, they are Solenopsis Invicta.

Well, many factors can effect brood development, but I would not worry about it. I would in fact leave them be for a few days before checking on the again. Stress from frequent observation could be causing lack of brood development.

Also add heat if you can
