When do I have to replace the wet cotton or tissue? Daily? Or when there're lots of molds on it?

If it gets moldy or dry then you need to replace it.

Is it ok if I check on the queen once a day? Or do I have to check on her once every 2 days? As a newbie to taking care of ants, i'm quite curious on what they're doing inside 24/7. And do I have to feed her once she lays her eggs or should I feed her now? I think I have some brown sugar in the kitchen so I should be able to make brown sugar water, any recommendations for food for the queen?

It's best to check her once a week and she doesn't need food right now but if she doesn't lay eggs then you can feed her a small drop of sugar water.

Ok thanks! I'm gonna leave her be for a week in my cabinet

So I just saw a few small ants going to where I hid my queen, and I saw the small ants going inside through the small holes I made. They aren't attacking to queen nor interacting with her, they're just running around the Tupperwear, what should I do?

They're not hers, they are probably from another ant colony, I did see ants time to time in my bathroom but they're much larger than the ants that are with my queen

If they're larger than your queen then they're a different species, most likely Camponotus workers.

The ants that are with my queen are smaller than the ants in my bathroom, there're also 1 spider in my bathroom that is almost the same size as my queen, it's only slightly bigger

It's best not to introduce workers to her as they might try to kill her.
