Any tips how to forcefully produce alates? I wanna see them cocoons in my large C.Floridanus colony.

I don't think there is a way to force them to produce alates unless you brood boosted them with alate cocoons. You can try feeding them more and alates may come sooner. My C. parius colony took almost 2 years before they produce alates.

How many workers were present when they got alates? My colony is young(Founded in November of last year) but is still in the hundreds, closing in on the thousands.

I think there are at least 800 to 1000 workers. I actually feed them less to prevent the colony from over growing because I didn't have much space.
