not really sure it's made for aquarium...but in the instruction it is showing that the glue is infact SAFE for aquarium

Probably not, but do keep an eye on it just in case.

Okay,....i'm just afraid...cause they do weird things after i moved them..and yeah i never seen them drink from the cotton,but i added more water in a bottle cap...i hope they are ok :')

Don't add too much water in the bottle cap or they will drown!
