Ant stress!!!!!!!!!!

My Formica subsericea ant queen has been through a lot of stress. I have heard that they are also very sensitive to stress ant that it could kill them. Any tips on how to keep the stress down?

Place her in a very quiet place that doesn't have any vibrations, also ONLY check her once every week or two.
