Queenless Lasius niger colony

The queen died shortly after hibernation, and left bunch of nanitics behind. In a test tube. So I gave them a bioactive retirement jar to live rest of their lives in peace.
But now Lasius niger nuptial flights are happening/have happened. And I started to wonder, what would happen, if I were to introduce a new queen to the queenless colony? Would they accept her, or would hemolymph be spilled?

Thank you for your replies.

Most of the time, the colony would just kill the queen but if you're lucky, they will accept her.

Should I just give it a try and hope for the best? Maybe chill them down a bit before trying?

You can, but it isn't foolproof.

I would just try and start over.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
