Nanitics arrived :D how often do I feed them??

My c. compressus nanitics came yay :) I fed them small drop of honey water and only the queen drank, all of it. now I'm wondering how often do I feed them? I am thinking every 3-4 days will be good. pls can you tell me? Thanks

Every week you should feed them some type of sugary food, and protein from a bug or a meat like turkey or chicken or beef or pork. Just a tiny piece.

can I feed them gnats too? I have seen black crazy ants hunt them.

Well, no since the squished bugs you find outside are bad and have parasites. But like for example a beetle has only eats leaves or fruits while gnats and flys eat poop and disgusting things that you wouldn’t want your ant colonies to eat let Alone in your house. So ya know just feed them squished beetles maybe worms that you found in a clean area.
