Yes an no. Yes because she may have overlooked the eggs and no because it costs resources and energy to lay eggs. If you still have you should try and put them in the new testtube. You can use very fine tweezers or you use a bit of cotton and try to scoop them up.

Also thx for the advice with the camera. I never thought about it that way but I already knew it must be something with a macro lens. I will see if I should get a good video camera with a macro lens. :)
It will surely cost something so I have to make the right choice. ;)
