Pulling at the cotton

Hey guys,
I have a camponotus queen I found last week on Friday. Set her up in test tube set up. I checked on her this morning and noticed she was pulling at the cotton. Any idea what it could mean?

Most queens do that do not worry. They do it when they want out, she will stop eventually.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

Either she will stop it or you can try a different testtube setup. Sometimes they just don't like to be in the testtube.

Just for a little fun I imagined the queen ripped a massive fart and now she wants to get out of the area. haha ^^
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

With a look of panic she looks back and can see the toxic cloud of queenantfart draw nearer and nearer.
