Prenolepis Imparis, do they hibernate in winter?
Hello and thanks to anyone that takes the time to read this. I have a colony of winter ants caught in the Carolinas with about twenty workers. I've been wondering if I need to hibernate them in the fridge with my other ants. I am a little confused because I've found conflicting answers to this question around the internet, and I don't want to accidentally do anything to hurt their growth. If anyone knows for sure please let me know if my winter ants need their rest in the fridge or if I should keep them out and keep feeding them. Thanks again to all of you!
