Disaster with my thatcher ant colony

So the oldest child went running by, and due to poor placement of a testtube, snagged the formacarium with her arm, throwing it to the ground. The colony has been going strong now for 2 years, and was just coming out of hibernation. I spent 45 minutes on the floor with cotton balls collecting eggs, workers, and larva. My main concern is possible colony collapse from this. I recovered most of the workers, and the queen, have found maybe a dozen dead workers and a few smashed larva...I also cant seem to located the queen in the setup now...any advice would be appreciated.
