Question on hibernation

I have this new queen of the genera Crematogaster (fully-claustral) and it hasn't layed any eggs yet, I've been told this is normal for queens caught in the fall. My question is, do I need to feed her after hibernation or not until she has her first workers.

Feed her just in case.
