What stage is this camponotus ligniperdus brood in?

Hi everyone!
I got my first queen a few weeks ago. Luckily it came with some brood.
Obviously I can't wait for the nanitics to hatch.
Please can you help me identify how far the brood is matured and give me an estimate of how long they will take to hatch?
Temperature is a constant at 22°C/71.6°F
