Queen Not Moving In

I hooked up a test tube with around 10 workers and a Tetramorium queen to a small AC ant tower. The workers have began to start digging and have dug up quite a bit but the queen is not moving in.

THIS IS GETTING URGENT!!! The queen moved into the ant tower but there were no ants entering or exiting the ant hole. To my dismay, when i lightly patted away the sand near the entry hole the hole was completely sealed up!!!!

This is normal. The queen and workers usually block the entrance and sometimes create there own chambers. I haven't been able to see my queen because of this for around 8 weeks.
