Crematogaster Scutellaris update

They are about 1 year old. Had 4 queens and I'm down to 1 but she seems strong and now has a pretty good set up. Lots of water small feeder box and another feeder tube. With all 4 of these queens I lost count how many times the have eaten their workers! No down to 1 queen and 1 long time worker. I've learned disturbing makes them eat brood so, I limited my disturbing. Was having a hard time feeding them so yesterday created the new set up that they can use over winter. It's kinda strange she has only 1 worker, about 5 others died long ago and this worker has remained with her. Do I need to hibernate them? I gave them a honey and bread mix yesterday. What about food and feeding for hibernation?

Do crematogaster Scutellaris like tight space? Thinking I need to create a smaller space for her to start laying again. She laid many in small tube. Now living area is bigger and she hasn't laid in a while. I can connect the size she liked.
