Suspicious egg placement

Tetramorium test tube setup with probably 20 workers, up till now the eggs/pupa/larva have always been right next to the water cotton, maybe shuffled around a bit when a giant cricket leg suddenly appears, but since the last time i looked a few days ago, they have spread 4 of the pupa/larve (dunno what they are, large ass eggs of different colours) evenly along the tube, up to the exit cotton.

Anyone seen this before?

if the eggs are different colors then some were probably gotten by mold. I'm guessing they want to avoid keeping the bad eggs and the good eggs with eachother. Might wanna check your setup for mold and if there is then moving them is the best plan.

im talking regular colours, you got your normal tan egg colour, and then the presumably more advanced slightly browner egg colour. i have seen such things since the beginning with no mold or anything obvious like that
