Pharaoh Ants in colder countries.

I live in Hungary, so we have cold winters. I have a small Black Garden Ant "Colony" Just a few workers and a Queen, however i would like to get a colony that is active at winter. I thought Pharaoh ant would be perfect since they don't go inot hibernation, but i never been able to catch a nuptional flight. I wonder how can i acquire queens? Since most nests are beneath houses. I also thinking that at winter we also have Black Garden ants inside our house, that means they skip hibernation, becouse the heat of the houes? and maybe i don't have to put my own small colony to hibernation?

Colonies that live in cold climates naturally slow down and hibernate even in artificial climates. Pharoh ants, not so much but do you even have pharoh ants there?

Yes they are invader species and mostly live in houses. So they avoid dying at Winter

Be careful around pharoh ants they are masters of escape and are known to even carry diseases that can effect humans. Still they would be a very fast growing species.

Most hibernating species do this yes.

I just made a habitat for a friend's black pheidole colony. He is good at caring for creatures of all types, though not so good at making a habitat.
After getting it all built, activating it with a biological spray, adding some Springtails, and pillbugs...
I spotted Pharaoh ants!
Im guessing a single queen, and there must be a few dozen workers.
They were hiding in the rotten log. Not one came out during the build, they hid very well until all was clear! Sneaky!
So what to do?
I have read about the possibility of disease.
Also, though i like the idea of "life will find a way", these ants are from many accounts... not good to encourage more invasion.
Start all over? Destroy the invaders? Freeze them and use the habitat?
I try to be humane, but the life of these ants means the destruction of native species..?
Some suggestions would be great, thank you, and have a great week.

so i could be wrong on this but as i understand it the first hibernation a queen goes through is triggered by a biological clock but the rest of them are environmentally triggered
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs
