Ouch... pupae decapitation

Brood boosted a founding queen. One of the workers started moving around shortly after and I had four others very close. Well noticed last night that they had decapitated 3 of those pupae and discarded them before they became active. My second brood boosted worker just arrived though and my first nanitic is on the verge as well... being that I have never watched an early colony like this I initially thought the nanitic pupae was another beheaded one since the nanitics are half the size of regular workers. Why would they be killing nearly complete pupae? I doubt a protein need is the cause as I had given them peant crumbled up and both the queen and worker had/have swollen gasters.

Maybe they didnt like their appearance lol
I think sometimes ants don't always accept brood boosting and may kill the pupae because they have different colony scent and may threaten your colony
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony
