I'm still going with queen1 and queen2, until I see the first workers emerge. XD Kinda like thing1 and thing 2
La Prima donna (first lady) or Principal suddenly comes to mind?

Ya I’m not naming anything until next year when they can move into a formicarium. :?
I’ll follow though. You should post the link in your signature :)

I also just posted a page to appreciate the AC team. If any of you would like to say anything it is under "general ant talk". :D

Jeez, onto page 40! What an active colony of ant keepers we have gathered here.

I just wanted to post up that I have a (belated) video update showing my C. novaeboracensis colony in their new outworld. I love watching them, such a beautiful Camponotus species. I figured I'd post the link here in case anyone wasn't into checking out the journals, and the part where it's a camponotus video for all you campo lovers here. https://youtu.be/vzHRbE2Qsm4

Ok question. Do you guys think it would be ok to give some form of protein to Estrella. Her brood have stayed the same for about three weeks now. They haven't darkened at all. I just want to give her a cricket leg or something. Do you guys think this would be ok? Thanks for any feed back. :D

Sure why wouldn't it be? If she needs it, she will eat it. Besides doesn't the final stage take up to 4 weeks?

Loved your video! It’s making me miss my novaeboracensis colony. Love the beautiful red colour.
