Multiple Camponotus Queens

Hey all, I am new into ant keeping and was going to try to collect my first queens this nuptial flight season. I am hoping to get a few Camponotus queens as they are native to my area. The question I have is that if I successfully capture a few once they are ready to move out of test tube setups can multiple queens be released into a single hybrid nest?

Not an expert by any means, however I was looking at quite a few description of different Camponotus species and the ones I researched all said Single Queen. in particular I looked up Camponotus Pensylvannicus, Herculanean, and a red species I cant remember the Latin but Chestnut Carpenter ant.
