If it is truly a dracula ant, the pupa should be fine. After all, this happens in the wild too, and that species is not extinct.
First year and already enjoying it!

Founding:
1 Solenopsis molesta with ~10 nanitics
3 Crematogaster sp. Waiting on the nanitics for species level identification. Suspected C. cerasi

is the ant eating the entire pupae because if it is then there is a problem. If this has happened this is most likely because of stress
