Brood and Hibernation

I'm trying to prepare for hibernation different colonies but some of them still have cocoons (but no eggs, only larvae), so I haven't put them in a cold place yet.
Should I wait for the coocoons to hatch or will they do fine through hibernation? Because I've seen people waiting for them to hatch.
Keeping the following colonies:
  • [2x] Camponotus Barbaricus
  • [2x] Lasius Flavus

Ok, sure, I'll wait for the last 6 cocoons to hatch. Thanks for the tip!
